The City of Kokkola leases out spots for ice cream kiosks

The City of Kokkola leases out spots for ice cream kiosks located in different parts of the city. The locations of the kiosk spots can be found on the Kokkola.fi website (link: kiosk spots in Kokkola – Kokkolan kioskipaikat).

The kiosk spots are leased to the entrepreneur, who offers the highest annual rent for the spot in a competitive tendering. The rental period is five years. All spots can be connected to electricity. The entrepreneur must make a separate connection and electricity contract with Kokkolan Energia.

Submission of tender

A written tender must be made for each spot, with a mention of which spot the tender concerns. Closed tenders shall be addressed to Kaupunkiympäristö and the envelopes shall be marked with Jäätelökioski.

The tender must be submitted to the customer service / City of Kokkola no later than January 1, 2024 at 4 pm.
