    In addition, our service advisor at the shared service point is available to assist customers Mon−Thu 9 am−12 am. The service advisor assists with matters related to tax administration, Kela, TE services, the local government pilots on employment and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.

    The service point offers Internet access for clients who need to use the online services of these authorities.

    The service advisor can assist in using the online services and receive documents. However, it is not possible to register as a job seeker through the service advisor of the shared service point.
