Loistavaa! – Strålande! is a set of events directed to children and youth, where the cooperation of arts professionals, hobby groups, schools and kindergartens enables a range of versatile culture experiences. During the weeks of Loistavaa! – Strålande!, art and culture spreads across the city of Kokkola, especially to schools and institutions of early childhood education, but in addition to this, there is also an open program for families. Loistavaa! – Strålande! reaches thousands of citizens every year.
Loistavaa! – Strålande! is now being organized for the 14th time, and for the first time as a two week long version, 11.–25.11.2023. This year’s theme is “Encounters”.
The events are free to attend, in case no separate payment for the tickets is announced.
