    Roos House is a enchanting combination of art and history. Upstairs, you can explore 19th-century Kokkola, learn about the Roos family, and admire works by Finnish Golden Age artists from the K.H. Renlund donation collection. Downstairs, you can enjoy our temporary exhibitions.

    Pause by the vibrant history of Kokkola, experience the atmosphere of a merchant’s home, and let our temporary exhibitions surprise you! Jaksaa jaksaa! Kämpa ! dives into the rich cultural history of sports and physical activity in Kokkola — from trails and fields to the stands. On view at the Exhibition Hall from April 25 to November 16.

    The year-round sites of the K.H. Renlund Museum include Roos House, Exhibition Hall, Lassander House and Pedagogy. Other sites include the English landing craft, Lohtaja Heritage Museum, Seal Hunting Museum on Tankar, Öja Fishing Museum and the charming home of Fredrik and Anna Drake.
