Services of the Congress and Concert Host
Services of the Congress and Concert Host are included in price. Additional fees on Sundays, Holidays and Saturday evenings after 6pm 50,00 €/hour.
Foyer and Cloakroom Services
Foyer and cloakroom services are available upon request at extra charge (not incl. in the prices above). These services are provided by local organizations. Please contact us for a quotation.
We reserve the rights to adjust the prices. Prices are revised yearly for possible changes in operating expenses.
Booking conditions
A reservation is binding once the client has received a written confirmation of the booking from the City Kokkola / Cultur Department and no changes have been proposed by the client within seven days of receiving confirmation. The prices for Snellman Hall and other facilities include basic cleaning, lighting and the fixed technical equipment. Additional equipment and services are available at extra charge.
If the event needs any special licenses, the client is responsible for applying them and their costs. The client must also get acquainted with the Resque Plan of Snellman Hall.
Payment terms
City of Kokkola / Cultur Department charges the client for services agreed in advance. The payment term for an invoice is net 10 days.
Cancellation terms
A confirmed order is binding. However, the customer can cancel the order for a fee:

- within 30 days of event: no charge
- within 29-15 days of event: 50% of invoice will be charged
- 14-8 days of event: 75% of invoice will be charged
- 7-0 days of event: 100% of invoice will be charged.
